Liora Raitblat is an innovation strategist, TEDx speaker, business professor, and behavioural science enthusiast. While she wears several hats, it all comes down to her passion of helping impact-seekers apply practices to embrace change and foster a culture of innovation. Through her consultancy (www.HeyLiora.com), she provides coaching, facilitation, and keynotes that help leaders effectively navigate change.
She is also the Senior Initiative Lead for Export Development Canada’s Mid-Market Growth Business leading the program and innovation efforts where she plays a key role in scaling this team which has deployed over $100M in capital along with over 60 experimental initiatives to support Canadian global businesses. Liora teaches business & entrepreneurship classes at Algonquin College, including classes on marketing, entrepreneurship, and career readiness. Previously, Liora worked in strategic change management at Deloitte where she led teams to support organizations adapt through their largest digital transformations.
Liora is passionate about giving back to the community and has led education and sustainability-focused volunteering initiatives as the former Head of the Ottawa Global Shapers, an initiative focused on fostering positive change and sustainable impact both locally and internationally. She has also poured this passion into founding an award winning mobile donation startup earlier in her career.
Her impact has received recognition, including being the youngest individual at the time to receive the “Deloitte Canada Consulting National Excellence Award”, and most recently named The Peak’s Emerging Leaders 2024 for up-and-coming young leaders shaping Canada's economy, culture, and society .
